Well....I started my day off well, knowing my co-worker would return & take some stress off of my shoulders seeing how she has been gone since last Thursday out of town leaving me to do all the work! UGG! Anyways only to get there & see that the company I work for has SCREWED me over ONCE AGAIN, only reminding me of WHY I am quitting! I put my 2 week notice in Monday & my last day will be on June 1st, but anyways, back to where I was going, my job I get not only base pay but I get commission as well, well low & behold since we merged with another hospital I got screwed! It looked as though I did NOT records for almost 2 weeks so they "adjusted" my pay & paid me "training pay" mind you I have worked for this company almost a yr now, in July would be a year. Anyway I call my operations director to only be told "be patient, I will do what I can to fix it, then in the same sentence being told that they paid me the other pay which should have made up the difference", ummm NO, I don't think $192 equals $390, do you? Nah, didn't think so...Well I was pissed & hung up on him, what's he gonna do, first of all he also told me he is in the hospital with pancreatis & once he got out would take care of it so what's he gonna do? fire me, doubt it & if he did he would only do me a favor! Well I walked away from my work area before I blew up & made HUGE seen, cause I was about to, but calmed myself down enough by walking away & once I came back my coworker told me he called back & said he seen the problem & would take care of it ASAP, well I dunno what ASAP means to him but to me it doesn't mean next week that is for sure! I guess they don't care that some people don't make the money they do & have to pay bills every week & hope your check covers it cause they like to mess with our commission every damn week. Had this been the 1st time I have been "f**ked over" I would have been like ehhh I can be patient but this is NOT the 1st time, in fact it is now the 5th time since I started counting in January!!!! I put them on the 3 strike rule & once they got to the 2nd strike I began seeking a new job, only to just now having found one, & will be starting the 4th of June. So they actually went into overtime if you ask me & still f**ked up!! UGG!! Sorry all I just had to vent a bit....

Just thought I would leave a lil note for everyone to see & read. I have had a wonderful weekend, I was able to spend Saturday with some great friends! Two in which I recently met & am blessed to have done so! We spent from noon til about 1:30am together just enjoying good food & one another's company. Couldn't ask for a better day! I am looking forward to spending more time with them!
